We spent almost nine months looking for a home with Glenn as our agent. He found us many properties that met our search criteria, and Glenn was patient enough to write up half a dozen different offers on properties that we were interested in. When we changed our minds and decided to buy a single-family home rather than a townhome, Glenn revamped our search and found us the perfect home. We made multiple offers on homes, including short sales and REOs (bank-owned listings), as well as traditional listings -- and Glenn was extremely knowledgeable about the process in all three situations. He even put us in touch with a local mortgage loan officer from our own bank (Bank of America), so that we didn't have to deal with someone out of state that wasn't familiar with the customs of our local market. The lender took great care of us, doing everything within his power to facilitate a timely closing. The home that we purchased (which happened to be an REO) appraised for almost $20,000 more than our purchase price. We couldn't be more happy to have worked with Glenn and would highly him to anyone looking for an savvy and experienced Buyer's Agent in the south and central Palm Beach county area

We found Glenn while looking to rent in the renaissance commons in boynton beach. We really liked that he was very responsive, and showed us many units in the complex. He knew most of the information and if he didnt know he got back to us later. He also helped us negociate a better price that fit our budget. He showed us 2 units twice to help us decide. He made the rental process very easy, because he already knows the process ans what to expect. I will recommend him to my friends and I would use him again in the future.
