I utilized Glenn's expertise to assist me in purchasing a home in September, 2010. Glenn is an awesome realtor. I had a bit of a complicated situation with regard to my real estate purchase. Originally I thought that I was approved for a larger amount than I actually could get due to another mortgage in my name. Glenn had taken me to many, many properties and then had to take me to many more due to the price constraint issue that came up. I am also a bit of a perfectionist, which resulted in Glenn having to be very patient with me while searching for the "perfect" house. He never expressed any frustration with me regarding the difficulties in finding the right home. As far as local knowledge he was amazing. He knew which neighborhoods would appeal to me within my price range and had no problem navigating them while taking me on showings. Glenn also ALWAYS responded to me on the same day that I contacted him for any reason. He is very prompt and courteous. He negotiated a great deal for me with the purchase price by doing his research for comparative sales in the area and contacting the seller's realtor back and forth numerous times to insure that I was getting the best deal that I could for the money.
